EVENT FILM / MÜV CANNABIS / FLORIDA
Behind the camera
with Mike Tyson.
Filming the Tyson 2.0 Florida Tour
By Jan-Michael Reyes / 85 Visuals
I filmed the Florida Tyson 2.0 tour for MÜV Cannabis, following Mike Tyson through several of their dispensaries and turning the events into a highlight film. As a lifelong boxing fan and a boxer myself, this one meant a lot.
01 / THE PERSONAL SIDE
More than
another shoot.
I’ve been a boxing fan my whole life. I box, and Mike Tyson is someone I’ve idolized for as long as I can remember. Getting to spend time around him while doing what I love was a big deal for me.
There was still a job to do. MÜV was the client, and I was there to film the tour and put together the highlight video. But the personal side of this project is something I’ll always carry with me.
A camera in my hands.
A project I won’t forget.
02 / THE FILM
Following
the Florida tour.
Mike was visiting MÜV dispensaries in Florida for the Tyson 2.0 launch. I followed him through the stops, filmed the events, and brought that footage together into the highlight film below.
The video is the best way to see the project. It brings those visits together in one piece, while this story shares what being behind the camera meant to me.
03 / LOOKING BACK
A project I’ll
always remember.
Some projects stay with you because of what you made. This one also stays with me because of who I got to spend time with.
I got to do my work and be around someone who has meant a lot to me as a boxing fan and a boxer. That’s what makes this film personal. I’m glad I have the finished piece to look back on.
